Our weekly sessions build the foundation, the residential retreat is where the real integration happens. It’s an invitation to step away from daily distractions and fully inhabit the practices we’ve discussed, turning theory into lived experience: Find Peace: Cultivate deeper mental clarity through guided quiet periods. Practical activity: Engage in hands-on sessions that bring philosophical ideas to life. Connect: Share insights and fellowship with others of like mind Optional Creative Workshops Choose from subjects* such as Calligraphy, Drawing, Yoga, Bread Making, Singing or contributing to the care of the house. Or take advantage of the free entrance to the gardens.
