The Luri are the indigenes and it shows in their traditional weavings. Thousands of years living and weaving in the area of the first domestication of the sheep is a point of difference with other more recently arrived tribes. Indecipherable motifs relate to a whole that channels the Neolithic: It’s about the fire, the food and the sky.
