Intro to Jewelry (CLASS)
This 8-week introductory course covers the fundamentals of jewelry fabrication and design. Students will learn the tools and techniques required for basic metalsmithing through a variety of hands-on exercises and demonstrations, culminating in a finished piece of jewelry. Processes will include sawing, filing, riveting, forming, soldering, and finishing. This course is ideal for beginners who are curious about jewelry-making and looking to spend time developing their skills. Base metals (copper, brass, bronze) are included in class price.
