Bolivia Caranavi Rosita Catuai Anaerobic Natural
Bursting with vibrant tasting notes of pink lemonade, raspberry jam, and guava, this exceptional coffee comes to us from Finca Rosita, a lush 32-acre family-run farm in the Illimani community of Caranavi, Bolivia. Owned and operated by multiple generations of the Valverde-Aramayo family, the farm is named in loving honor of their matriarch, Rosa Angelica Aramayo, and is dedicated exclusively to coffee cultivation with carefully separated single-variety plots. This specific single-estate lot features 100% Catuai that has undergone a meticulous anaerobic fermentation before being naturally processed and sun-dried on patios. This process beautifully enhances the coffee's complex, jammy, and tropical fruit characteristics, resulting in a sweet, wildly vibrant, and dynamic cup.
