Mystery Box Campaign Guide Mystery Gift Boxes cannot be purchased directly—such orders will be deemed invalid and will not be honoured, even if they have been processed. A surprise gift will be awarded for any single order with a total value (after discounts) exceeding 200£. Each customer is eligible for only one surprise gift. The mystery gift box may contain thermal label rolls, stands or logistics scales. The specific items in the box are selected at random and cannot be specified according to personal preference. When the order value reaches the specified threshold, the surprise gift will be automatically added to the order. Items given as surprise gifts have undergone rigorous factory inspections to ensure quality.
