One listing is for your $200 deposit, which holds your processing slot. Your remaining balance will be due upon final delivery or pickup. After placing your deposit, we'll send you our Creamery Creek cut-sheet so you can customize your cuts to your household's preferences. What You'll Receive (Approximate Breakdown) 50 lbs (50%) - Ground sausage in your choice of flavors (Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, Breakfast Maple, Breakfast Sage, Chorizo, or plain ground pork) 20 lbs (20%) - Pork chops and fresh pork steaks 30 lbs (30%) - Roasts, shoulders, and hams Cut Options Include Loins: Bone-in or boneless chops, tenderloins (whole or sliced), baby-back ribs Shoulders: Boston Butt or Picnic Shoulder, two smaller roasts (3–4 lbs) or one large roast (7–9 lbs) Hams: Smoked or fresh, two smaller ham roasts, a large whole ham, or ham steaks Belly: Smoked bacon in 1-lb packs (thick cut available) or uncured pork belly slabs Ribs: Spare ribs and country-style ribs Extras (by request): Leaf lard, fatback, heart, or liver Freezer Space Guide A half hog requires approximately 4–5 standard milk crates of freezer space.
