Drop your Scooter in to us and we will Diagnose your Electronics Problems. Testing for minor electrical and mechanical issues (buttons/lights/bolts etc) battery, drivetrain, and system issues (Battery, Controller, Motor) Diagnosis is for Diagnosing the problem ONLY and only covers minor repair (no components/hardware required). We DO NOT SERVICE Dragon scooters, NAMI, Mukuta or any other products sold from Bike Scooter City. Any Required Parts or Labor required for installation of parts is at additional cost Charged at a Labor rate of $125 per hour, charged in 15 min intervals. Contact will be made with cost of Parts and estimated time to repair. Payment for any Parts required BEFORE completion of works, with Labor costs paid at time of Pickup NO GUARANTEES on faults requiring replacement of Batteries, Motors or Controllers will fix the problems as we cannot test for other issues without these being repaired. WATER DAMAGED SCOOTERS CARRY NO WARRANTIES ON WORK CARRIED OUT! Diagnosis fee is non refundable
