Our espresso, enjoyed all across Belfast & the backbone behind our cafes. We have always focused on delivering a consistent espresso, one that balances well with milk or being able to stand on its own when enjoyed as an espresso. Over the years, we've continued to purchase from the same estates to provide the same great taste all year round. At the moment we're able to offer a coffee from the Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica. The Aquiares estate is the largest farm in Costa Rica and is ran by Diego Robelo. Under his stewardship, the farm has taken a fresh approach to speciality coffee through excellent agricultural management, embracing new varieties & experimenting with processing. Flavour Notes Milk Chocolate, Hazelnut, Candied Lemon.
