This Blade Show Atlanta 2026 build features a hand-ground Magnacut Hissatsu Batwing blade, blackwashed contoured titanium handles with Double Divot milling, and contrasting bronze-toned titanium hardware throughout. Measuring 3.75 inches, the Magnacut blade is ground in Douglas Esposito’s striking Hissatsu Batwing profile. The compound recurve blade is entirely hand ground, with a stonewash / satin finish that highlights the craftsmanship while accentuating the profile’s distinctive character. Combined with the elongated opening slot and flipper tab deployment, the blade delivers both visual presence and functional cutting performance. The handle is machined from contoured titanium and finished in a dark blackwash that highlights the depth of A2D’s signature Double Divot milling pattern. Bronze-toned titanium hardware provides subtle contrast against the darker frame, while the contoured profile fills the hand comfortably despite the knife’s substantial size.
