La Danta
This single origin is a blend of the different coffees grown by the farmers in the highlands of San Ignacio and Jaen in Cajamarca. La Danta represents a more conscious coffee-producing culture that prioritizes nature and coexistence with it, believing that this adds value to the coffee and their surroundings. Many of the farmers that contribute to this coffee come from generational families growing coffee, some with their grandparents beginning in coffee.
