Stained Glass Butterfly Plant Stake Workshop Bring your friends and join us Friday July 17th, 2026 at 6:30 PM @Art Workz Creative Studio (11 Chestnut st. 2nd floor Amesbury, MA) and learn how to create your very own Stained Glass Butterfly Plant Stake! This stained glass project will look beautiful in your house and even better-it is created by YOU! In this workshop you will learn to copper foil and solder your own stained glass butterfly plant stake! With pre-cut glass pieces, you will use copper foil, flux, solder, and wire to create your one-of-a-kind piece. All supplies will be provided, including a potted plant to put your new plant stake in! Colors vary, and will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis. Your piece will be finished and ready to take home by the end of class. Supply Breakdown- Pre-cut glass pieces, Copper foil, leaded solder, flux, wire, and plant Tools Provided- Copper foil burnishing fids, soldering irons, fume extractors, rubber gloves, safety glasses Artist Bio- Stephanie Racine is a glass artist that creates unique pieces that are heavily inspired by nature. Stephanie creates most of her work using the copper foil method, but also works with lead and zinc came for larger or more structural projects. She works most often on art pieces that can be placed anywhere within a space that allows the glass and light to interplay. Most of her work can be found on her Instagram- @rose_hill_glass or her website- Rosehillglass.com **Optional: Plan to bring a small box (around 8x8x12''high)to transport your amazing stained glass art piece. Terms & Conditions: ***Once your order has been submitted, due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! ***Each guest attending the workshop must have a ticket due to limited space and materials. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future workshop. If you can not attend a workshop you have registered for you have 2 options: We can package up your project with instructions & tools needed so you can complete at home You can MOVE YOUR SEAT and project to a future workshop date (within 30 days of your original date) for a $20 seat transfer fee PLEASE NOTE: you can NOT swap your original project for a different project. ** You must EMAIL us at: Renee@hsnewburyport.com if you can not attend a workshop. If you do not show up for a workshop and do not notify us, you forfeit your payment & project. We only hold projects for up to 60 days - after 60 days you forfeit your payment & project.
