Fermier Vintage 2025

Saison Fermier Vintage 2025 is our unblended version of Saison du Fermier, our Missouri spelt Saison, in which exclusive processes and bottle conditioning techniques to this beer have created a singular experience which showcases our exploration of fermentation with our native microflora. This vintage was put into oak in early 2025, bottled when complete and left to relax and condition until we felt it was ready to share with you.
