Rat Kamm Le Rouge Pinot
Eric Kamm is an anarchist punk born and raised in Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace. He’s farming land that has been in his family for countless generations, living in his their 13th-century house and making some game-changing Alsatian Vin Nature. The vineyard is composed of different parcels of volcanic granite. The 7 hectares are farmed organically and the production is small. Light, energetic and highly quaffable, this pinot has juicy, bright red fruits accompanied by a distinct touch of cinnamon, black pepper spice, and a strong sense of underlying granite minerality. 12.5% ABV
