This is an orange wine made from Assyrtiko with skin contact, wild fermentation and a delicate addition of pine resin following a century-old recipe. Striking amber-orange in colour, it has intriguing aromas of wild Mediterranean herbs, pine forest, citrus peel and ginger. The palate is layered and complex with notes of bergamot, kumquat, thyme and lavender. Fresh acidity keeps everything balanced and remarkably drinkable.
