Tsuki is a ceremonial blend from cultivars grown in the Uji region — the historic cradle of Japanese matcha. Uji’s fertile river valley, cool misty climate and centuries-old shaded-tea techniques have shaped the flavour standards for premium matcha for more than 800 years, making the region the cultural and agricultural benchmark for high-grade powdered tea. The name Tsuki (月), interpreted conceptually, represents reflection, contemplation, and the transience of moments.
