Cold Brew Whole Bean Coffee

HOW IT’S MADE: Roast Level: Medium Tasting Notes: Cocoa Nibs, Peanut Butter BREWING METHOD We recommend a French press with a stainless steel mesh filter, though any cold brew maker or large mason jar will work just as well. Also tastes great brewed hot and enjoyed over ice. HOW TO BREW Combine 75g (about 3/4 cup) of coarsely ground coffee with 32 oz (4 cups) of cold water. BREW TIME Steep in the fridge for at least 6–7 hours to extract maximum flavor, caffeine, and antioxidants. Press French press down after steeping.
