AMBIX FOUNDER'S RESERVE APPLE BRANDY 375 mL

The second bottling of our Founders Series is produced from a variety of apples including Gravenstein, Jonathan and Golden Delicious from Sebastopol, along with Colombia Crab from Washington. Three barrels were blended to combine traits from different seasons and apples resulting in a delightful product from 3-4 year old French oak barrels. Flavors of baked apple, winter spices, caramel and cognac. We are excited to share our second release with you and invite you to join us on our journey.
