HEIRLOOM CULTURE, CONTINUOUS BREW All our kombucha is brewed in house using our own heirloom Jun kombucha culture. The continuous brewing method is a traditional brewing technique where a portion of each batch is saved and used as the starter for the next batch. We have been brewing with the same culture for 10+ years.
