Buddy - 110cm x 31cm - fill with 2kg of loose wool Body - 150cm x 38cm - fill with 3kg of loose wool I used 27 micron ($60) in the Buddy and 40 micron ($85) in the Body. The 27micron was easier to pull apart. This makes it a cost effective natural pillow.
