Celebrating 30 years of the Axis, this limited edition collection revisits the iconic translucent finishes of its 1996 debut. Each hand stained quilt maple top, available in Gold, Black, Pink, Red, Blue, and Purple, is paired with a black, lightly sparkled back that subtly echoes the top’s hue. Built to the original specs, these guitars feature the classic asymmetrical neck carve, 22 stainless steel frets, and glow in the dark side dots on a figured maple neck. Equipped with the legendary custom wound DiMarzio® pickups and finished with a color matched headstock and a commemorative 30th Anniversary logo, each instrument includes a certificate of authenticity and a deluxe hardshell case. ASYMMETRICAL NECK The back profile thickness is off center toward the bass side of the neck and thins out toward the treble side, allowing for a more comfortable playing experience under the fingertips.
