What to Expect Led by experienced MTB coaches, this session will include: Group instruction and personalised feedback Skill-building drills and trail application Racing strategies, safety, and theory A supportive and fun environment to progress Who Can Join This session is designed for riders aged 12 to 17 with some MTB experience. If you’re outside this age range, the minimum requirement is that the rider should be comfortable riding up and down the easiest trail a few times. Equipment Required MTB in good working order (Enduro or trail bike preferred) Full-face helmet (mandatory) Gloves, knee pads, and other protective gear Water bottle or hydration pack AusCycling and Garigal Gorillas membership (required for insurance) https://garigalgorillas.com.au/pages/faq Schedule 9:00 AM – Meeting Rider check-in and bike inspection 11:30 return /Pick-Up at 12.30pm Questions?
