The French Amber Blend - Amber Wild Ale - 5% - 750ml Bottle

In 2025, Adam and Blaise from The French joined us in the barrel store and together we came up with a blend of amber and rye wild ales designed to pair perfectly with their menu. Pouring a beautiful bright copper colour, this beer bursts with honey, bready malt and toffee apple notes. On the palate there's a fruity tartness that leads into marmalade on toast and soft woodiness. The complex golden malt character continues to develop and the beer finishes with refreshing acidity and dried orange peel. Bottling date: 02/10/25
