There is no pudding, but you probably won’t have room for that! And don’t worry about cooking instructions. All the packs have detailed and simple cooking instructions on the label or the back of the pack. All our dishes are ready in 15 minutes, so you will have plenty of time to mingle with your guests while also having some great fun cooking. Guaranteed to be impress your friends and family, your creations will transport them to the busy streets of Bangkok for the evening (metaphorically speaking, of course!) Thai nibbles – Pre-dinner Edamame Pops- our roasted your soybeans make a great alternative to peanuts and great with an aperitif. Shiitake mushroom chips – they have kind of a prawn cracker feel to them with our sweet chilli and garlic dipping sauce. Banana Chips – a savoury chip sliced super thin and crispy. You wouldn’t even know it It’s banana, a great talking point with your guests! Served with our sweet chilli and garlic dipping sauce. Starter Honey, garlic and pepper, spare ribs ( This sauce is great with chicken wings also, so you could use half the bottle for ribs and half the bottle for chicken wings or just choose one to keep it simple!) Main course curries Thai yellow prawn curry, this milder fragrant curry is great with prawns and seafood. (or try salmon, cod steak or seabass or pork or chicken thighs) Thai green chicken curry, Thailand’s most famous curry, of course. A bit hotter than the yellow curry and really good with chicken breast. ( or beef or prawns go really well too) Main course stir fry Chilli, garlic, and basil stir fry with strips of steak, onions, and red peppers. This punchy stir fry goes really well with steak. (You can also add prawns in and make it a surf and turf or used minced pork for a Pad Krapraw dish) All the above mains served with our steamed Jasmine rice What’s included in the Banquet Bundle?
