Free-range chicken breast strips in a fragrant, rich and creamy, coconut, lemon, and chilli broth. Served with stir fried vegetables on a bed of flat rice noodles. This dish is as decadent as it sounds! Serves: 1 Portion Size: 300 g Ingredients: Free-range chicken breast, coconut milk, flat rice noodles, tenderstem broccoli, peppers, onion, spring onions, lemon, fresh basil, fresh coriander, fish sauce, olive oil, salt, laksa paste (garlic, ginger, onion, red chillis, lemon zest, fresh coriander, turmeric, fish sauce, coconut sugar, ground cumin, ground coriander) Heating Instructions: Defrost, remove lid and place in a microwave safe dish, heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
