This in-person workshop is designed to help fitness instructors understand how biomechanics and resistance profiles can be used to create more effective glute-focused workouts. You’ll learn how angles, joint positions, and different types of resistance—bands, cables, free weights, machines—impact muscle tension and exercise outcomes.
