Our Fresh Mozzarella Making Station is an interactive culinary experience where guests gather around as our skilled cheesemaker stretches, folds, and shapes fresh curd into silky, pillowy mozzarella right before their eyes. The magic happens live, from steaming curds to that signature glossy finish, creating a moment that’s both delicious and unforgettable. As the mozzarella is made to order, guests can enjoy warm, freshly pulled bites on the spot or customize their own portion with premium olive oil, flaky sea salt, cracked pepper, and seasonal accompaniments. To make the experience even more special, each guest receives a beautifully packaged portion of freshly made mozzarella to take home in our takeout boxes and bags, a handcrafted favor that’s as thoughtful as it is indulgent. Thinking it for your wedding or corporate event? Our containers can be personalized with your wedding initials and date, or any logo/motif of your choice. It’s dinner, entertainment, and a take-home treat all in one elevated activation🧀✨ Pricing includes: Cart with umbrella. Unlimited serves for 2 hours. A curated cart decor.
