1914(Aug 4) Plain envelope with parts of address panel excised with black acidic ink to Liverpool bearing 1d tied Accra cds & with Plain white label with manuscript “OPENED BY CENSOR ACCRA / AND RESEALED” (WASC type L1 with only this one date Aug 4 recorded) & with below partial circular CENSOR /date /GOLD COAST (WASC TYPE 1E again the only date recorded is 12 Aug this pre-dates that to 5 Aug)
