Configured as a double-column, 6-door-high unit at 23⅞" tall, it accommodates 10 MB1 tenant compartments in the lowest-profile double-column configuration that supports a double-digit tenant count, making it particularly well suited to low-ceiling vestibules, ADA-constrained installations, or properties where minimizing wall opening depth is a priority. The unit meets ADA reach requirements when installed with tenant locks in the top row no more than 48" above the floor and the bottom row no less than 28" above the floor. Constructed from heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware, the unit includes factory-installed trim, a solid rear cover, and a 4C connector kit for linking multiple units.
