Biasi's comprehensive flue accessories range is compatible with the Dina, RinNova Adaptive, and Antares boiler families. All components use a quick-fit push-fit connection system with integrated seals, ensuring a gas-tight joint every time without the need for adhesives or additional sealant. The range covers 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) and 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) coaxial systems, twin-pipe (Ø 80+80 mm) runs, and plume management kits for redirecting the visible flue plume away from windows, vents, and CCTV cameras. Select the parts below to match your specific installation requirement. Flue Installation — Gas Safe Engineer Required. All flue components must be installed and tested by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Maximum permitted flue lengths must not be exceeded — check the boiler installation manual for the specific model being installed. Never mix Biasi flue components with other manufacturers' systems. The flue system must be gas-tight and supported at the intervals specified in the manual. Flue Length Calculation. For 4" coaxial systems the maximum total run is 10 m. Each 90° elbow deducts 1 m and each 45° elbow deducts 0.5 m from the permitted maximum. Extensions are available in 1 m (10999.0388.1) and 2 m (10999.0928.0) lengths. For the 5" system, the maximum permitted run is longer — refer to the specific boiler installation manual. Twin-pipe Ø 80+80 mm runs can extend to 40 m total. 4" Coaxial Flue System (Ø 60/100 mm) Product Part No. Description Horizontal Flue Kit (4") 10999.0387.1 Complete horizontal flue terminal kit for a standard through-wall exit. Supplied with wall plate, inner flue pipe, outer air duct, terminal, and all seals. Suitable for a direct wall exit up to approximately 1 m from the boiler outlet. For longer runs, add 1 m or 2 m extensions. Compatible with Advance, RinNova Adaptive, and Antares boilers (Ø 60/100 mm). Vertical Flue Kit (4") 10999.1163.0 Complete vertical flue terminal kit for roof-exit installations on pitched or flat roofs. Includes the roof terminal, inner/outer pipes, and all seals. A pitched (10999.0252.1) or flat (10999.0280.1) flashing plate must be ordered separately to suit the roof type. For longer vertical runs, add 1 m extensions (10999.0388.1) and bracket supports (10999.0319.0) at the specified intervals. 1 m Horizontal Extension (4") 10999.0388.1 1 metre coaxial extension for 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) flue systems. Used to extend the horizontal or vertical flue run beyond the length supplied in the terminal kit. Each extension adds 1 m to the run — up to the boiler's permitted maximum (10 m total for 4" coaxial on most Biasi models). Supplied with push-fit connection and integrated seal. 2 m Horizontal Extension (4") 10999.0928.0 2 metre coaxial extension for 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) flue systems — convenient for longer horizontal runs where multiple 1 m sections would be needed. Counts as 2 m against the maximum permitted flue length. Push-fit connection with integrated seal. Compatible with Advance, RinNova Adaptive, and Antares 4" flue systems. 90° Elbow (4") 10999.0390.1 90° coaxial elbow for 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) flue systems. Used to change the direction of the flue run by 90°. Deduct 1 m from the maximum permitted flue length for each 90° elbow fitted. Manufactured to the same enamelled construction as all Biasi 4" coaxial components; sealed push-fit joints throughout. 45° Elbow (4") 10999.0391.1 45° coaxial elbow for 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) flue systems. Provides a gentler change of direction and is often preferred where the flue must route around a structural obstruction. Deduct 0.5 m from the maximum permitted flue length for each 45° elbow. Can be combined with a second 45° elbow in place of a 90° where a smoother bend is required. Raised Horizontal Flue (4") 10999.0389.1 Raised horizontal flue terminal for 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) systems. Used where the boiler flue outlet needs to be raised vertically before exiting horizontally — common in under-counter or low-level installations. Provides a combined rise-and-horizontal exit in a single compact component. Offset Flue Adaptor 10999.1492.0 Offset flue adaptor compatible with Biasi Advance, RinNova Adaptive, and Antares boilers (Ø 60/100 mm). Allows the boiler flue outlet to be centrally aligned to the boiler without drilling an additional flue hole. Maximum flue lengths are not affected by this adaptor. Features removable test points and the unique Biasi quick-fit connection with integrated seal. Ideal for exposed installations where a centred flue presents a neater appearance. Bracket Support (4") 10999.0319.0 Pipe support bracket for 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) Biasi coaxial flue systems. Used to support long horizontal or vertical runs at intervals specified in the installation manual, preventing sagging or misalignment that could compromise flue integrity. Adjustable to suit various wall constructions. Required on runs exceeding approximately 1 m between support points. 5" Coaxial Flue System (Ø 80/125 mm) Product Part No. Description Vertical Kit (5") 10999.0392.1 Complete 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) vertical flue terminal kit for roof-exit installations. The larger 5" diameter permits longer maximum flue runs than the 4" system — refer to the specific boiler installation manual for the permitted length on each model (up to 12 m on some Biasi boilers). Requires a compatible pitched or flat flashing plate. A suitable boiler-to-5" adaptor is required if the boiler has a 4" outlet. 1 m Vertical Extension (5") 10999.0407.1 1 metre 5" coaxial extension (Ø 80/125 mm). Used to extend the vertical flue run on 5" systems. Each extension adds 1 m to the total run — calculate against the boiler's maximum permitted 5" flue length. 90° Elbow (5") 10999.0408.1 90° elbow for 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) coaxial flue systems. Deduct 1 m from the maximum permitted 5" flue length for each 90° elbow fitted. Push-fit connection with integrated seal; suitable for Biasi Advance, RinNova Adaptive, and Antares on 5" runs. 45° Elbow (5") 10999.0409.1 45° elbow for 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) coaxial flue systems. Deduct 0.5 m from the maximum permitted 5" flue length for each 45° elbow. Use in pairs where a 90° bend is required with a gentler sweep to reduce turbulence and noise. Bracket Support (5") 10999.0320.0 Pipe support bracket for 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) Biasi coaxial flue systems. Required on longer runs to prevent sagging and maintain the correct slope angle. Adjustable for different wall thicknesses and construction types. Fit at intervals specified in the Biasi installation manual — typically no more than 1.5 m apart on horizontal runs. Pitched & Flat Roof Flashings Product Part No. Description Pitched Flashing 4"/5" 10999.0252.1 Pitched roof flashing plate for Biasi 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) and 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) vertical flue terminals. Provides a weatherproof seal between the vertical flue pipe and a pitched roof covering. Adjustable lead-free collar accommodates a wide range of roof pitches. Required whenever a vertical flue kit exits through a sloped roof surface. Flat Flashing 4"/5" 10999.0280.1 Flat roof flashing plate for Biasi 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) and 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) vertical flue terminals. Provides a weatherproof seal for flat or near-flat roof penetrations. Suitable for use with EPDM, felt, and single-ply membrane flat roofing systems. Required whenever a vertical flue kit exits through a flat roof. Plume Management System Plume management kits redirect the visible water-vapour plume from a horizontal flue terminal to a position where it will not cause a nuisance — preventing staining on rendered walls, obstructing windows, or activating CCTV motion sensors. The system uses a separate exhaust pipe (black) and combined air/exhaust terminal arrangement. Product Part No. Description Plume Management Kit 10999.1077.0 Complete plume management kit for Biasi boilers. Includes the flue split adaptor, air/exhaust separation elbow, and all fittings to begin a plume-managed run. The exhaust flue (black pipe) can be routed separately up the wall, along a soffit, or to a roof level, keeping the visible condensation plume away from sensitive areas. Additional extensions (10999.1078.0) and elbows are available to complete the route. Plume Management Extension 10999.1078.0 Extension piece for the Biasi plume management exhaust pipe. Adds length to the exhaust-only section of the plume management run after the split adaptor. Can be combined with 90° and 45° plume elbows to route the exhaust around corners and obstructions. Flue/Plume Complete Kit 10999.0556.0 Complete combined flue and plume management kit for Biasi boilers — includes everything needed for a full plume-managed horizontal flue installation in one pack. Integrates the main coaxial flue system with the plume separation and routing components, suitable for the majority of standard plume management applications. Flue/Plume Extension 10999.0557.0 Extension for the combined flue/plume management system. Adds length to the plume management run where the kit alone does not cover the required distance to the terminal position. Plume 90° Elbow 10999.0558.0 90° elbow for the plume management exhaust pipe. Used to change the direction of the exhaust-only section of the plume run by 90°. Typically used to route the plume upwards, sideways, or over an obstruction. Compatible with all Biasi plume management system components. Plume 45° Elbow 10999.0559.0 45° elbow for the plume management exhaust pipe. Provides a shallower directional change than the 90° elbow — useful for angling the exhaust pipe gradually away from the wall surface or around gentle obstructions. Plume Diverter 10999.1054.0 Plume diverter terminal for Biasi flue systems. Fitted at the end of a plume management exhaust run to deflect the condensation plume downwards or away from windows, sensors, and building features. A compact and cost-effective solution where only a short diversion of the plume direction is required, without a full plume management run. Accessories Product Part No. Description Pipe Spacing Frame 10999.0822.1 Biasi HE Pipe Spacing Frame (stand-off bracket kit) for Advance, Advance Plus, RinNova, and Basica boilers. Used to space the boiler pipework away from the wall where a neat first-fix or surface-mounted pipe run is required. Provides a consistent and professional appearance for the boiler connection pipework. Supplied as a complete kit with all fixings. Outside Temperature Probe (Weather Compensation) BI1665107 External outdoor temperature probe for Biasi boilers (connects to E1–E2 terminals). When fitted, enables the boiler to continuously modulate its CH flow temperature in response to the outdoor temperature — a process known as weather compensation or thermoregulation. This increases the proportion of time the boiler operates in condensing mode, reducing gas consumption and improving ErP efficiency class to A+. Must be installed on a north-facing wall away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or air vents. Set climatic curve via parameter P14 and probe type via P57 (10k or 12k). Supplied with cable and wall-fixing kit. Frequently Asked Questions Can I mix Biasi 4" and 5" flue components in the same installation? No. The 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) and 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) coaxial systems are not directly interchangeable. If upgrading from a 4" to a 5" run (to gain extended maximum flue length), a suitable adaptor must be used at the boiler outlet. Check the boiler installation manual for the specific adaptor required and the maximum permitted flue lengths on each system diameter for your boiler model. When is a plume management kit required? Plume management is not always a regulatory requirement but is strongly recommended — and in some cases required by Building Regulations or planning conditions — where the boiler flue terminal is located near windows, doors, ventilation grilles, CCTV cameras, or where the condensation plume could cause nuisance or staining. The Plume Diverter (10999.1054.0) is a simple low-cost solution for minor redirection; the full Plume Management Kit (10999.1077.0) allows longer routing of the exhaust to a more suitable position. Does the Offset Flue Adaptor reduce the maximum flue length? No — the Biasi Offset Flue Adaptor (10999.1492.0) does not reduce the maximum permitted flue length. It simply allows the boiler's flue outlet to be repositioned to be centrally aligned with the boiler case without drilling an additional hole. This is particularly useful on replacement installations where the existing flue hole does not align perfectly with the new boiler's outlet position. What is the difference between the Plume Management Kit (10999.1077.0) and the Flue/Plume Complete Kit (10999.0556.0)? The Plume Management Kit (10999.1077.0) is an add-on kit that works in conjunction with a separate standard flue kit, splitting the exhaust from the air intake after the terminal to allow the plume to be routed separately. The Flue/Plume Complete Kit (10999.0556.0) integrates the flue system and plume management into one pack for a complete installation in one purchase — typically the more convenient choice for a fresh installation where plume management is required from the outset. Does the weather compensation probe (BI1665107) work with all Biasi boilers? The outdoor temperature probe is compatible with Biasi boilers that feature the E1–E2 external probe terminal block on the PCB — including the Antares, RinNova Adaptive, and Advance Plus ranges. It must be set to the correct probe type (10k or 12k — parameter P57) and the climatic curve adjusted to suit the building's heat loss characteristics (parameter P14). When correctly fitted, it upgrades the boiler's ErP classification to A+.
