Position opening around callus. If needed, scissor trim for a better fit. If your callus is larger than the hole, cut the pad in half and position it on either side of the sensitive spot. Protectors can also be adhered to the inside of footwear if desired. Warning If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before using.
