Portioning Service - HK$150 per item Each item will be portioned and packed as 2 steaks per bag. This service does not include trimming or fat removal. Available only for chilled, boneless products. We would recommend portioning into 250g per steak for thin cut, 330g per steak for thick cut and 500g piece for a roast. Trimming Service - $125 per item For chilled beef, we can trim off fat and silver skin, then vacuum pack as 2 steaks per bag. The trimmed fat and silver skin will be individually packed with the product. Individually Packaged - $120 per item Steaks can be packed individually at your request. This service does not include portioning or trimming. Important Notes: Each service is charged per item, not per order. If you purchase more than one of the same products, each is treated as a separate item. If you require multiple services (e.g., portioning + trimming + individual packing), please select each service separately for the same product.
