Aug 1-3, 2026 2.5 Day | A Weekend of Gratitude with Jeffrey Armstrong
A Weekend of Gratitude The Guru Lineage Illuminated August 1–3, 2026 | White Rock, BC Join master teacher Jeffrey Armstrong Kavindra Rishi for a deeply meaningful 2.5-day summer workshop in an intimate coastal setting just outside Vancouver. This special weekend is dedicated to gratitude, lineage, mantra meditation, satsang, kirtan, community, and the living transmission of Vedic wisdom. The Sanskrit word Guru is often understood as “the remover of darkness” — one who dispels ignorance and illuminates the path toward direct knowledge of the Self and the source of creation within. Guru Purnima is traditionally a sacred time when students and seekers offer gratitude to the Guru and to the lineage of teachers who preserve and transmit Vedic knowledge. It is also considered an especially beneficial time for yogic sadhana, mantra meditation, study, and inner renewal. Come enjoy summer on the coast — Vedic wisdom, ocean air, nourishing vegetarian meals, and a heart-centered sangha. Early planning is sattvic. 😉 Let us know if you can join us.
