Fermentation and aging on fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Production of 6,600 bottles. Tasting Notes: Fresh aroma of citrus and some tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and persistent, with good structure and a saline finish. Pairing: Perfect to accompany grilled lean fish (gilthead bream, sea bass, etc.), oysters, coastal shrimp, or cured cheeses.
