Farmed sustainably and although not fully natural, the grapes used are organic. About the producer Quinta do Ermízio has been producing wine for many generations with minimal contact to respect and value the “terroir”. There are differences in the wines from year to year, but the character remains. The wines are discreet in the nose, fresh and long in the mouth, evolving sumptuously in bottle.
