Pistachio

PISTACHIO 🥐 a soft and dusty shade of this classic earthy green, that instantly takes me back to Europe, where pistachio everything is a major trend and honestly it’s one of my favorite things about the food culture there, because who wouldn’t love a creamy pistachio croissant?! I just love how this muted shade of yellowish-green feels so understated yet with brighter slightly variegated sections of pale lime, that give it such dimension all the while keeping things simple. My favorite pistachio dessert was a truffle from a chocolatier in Berlin, and it was just so silky and perfect.
