Mount Lebanon, Lebanon— 100% Viognier grown the Bekaa Valley. Apricot, waxy yellow apple, raw honey, lemon peel, green olive, dried flowers, thyme, sesame. Textural, aromatic and ripe— would love this with food! El-Sabban is a project from Rami Bassil El-Sabban, ex-sommelier and nomadic winemaker based in Lebanon, making wines in collaboration with Mersel Wines and Château Cana.
