ABOUT THE PROGRAMME Specifically designed to prepare you for the Assessment and Selection Phase of MARSOC Selection, this cycle focuses on developing aerobic capacity, enhancing strength endurance, and building water-based proficiency.By improving both physical performance and your confidence in aquatic environments we leave no stone unturned in your preparation. WHY WE DESIGNED THIS Through extensive experience working with candidates in high-attrition selection courses, we have identified two key barriers to success: insufficient preparation in critical physical areas and inadequate time for proper adaptations to take place.These challenges often stem from a lack of structured programming and strength & conditioning knowledge.Our training cycle is designed to systematically develop aerobic capacity, build strength endurance, and enhance water proficiency, ensuring you are fully prepared for the demands of selection.
