Italo Chilli Oil

Long lunch in a bottle, medium glowy heat. Fresh South Australian extra virgin olive oil infused low and slow with caramelised garlic, lemon peel, bay, and a whisper of sweet fennel. Bright, fragrant, grassy sunshine in a bottle. Drizzle on pizza and pasta, slick burrata and finish tomato salads with lots of fresh basil and some drops of Hot Fermented Honey. Finish roast veg salads and charcoal grilled seafood. Swirl through warm white beans and greens.
