The adjustable-speed conveyor belt, equipped with a durable stainless steel grid, creates a smooth and continuous chocolate cascade when connected to the tempering unit. This allows for flawless enrobing of biscuits, fruit, pate de fruit, and a wide variety of confections with consistent, high-quality results. The machine features an integrated air-blowing system that gently removes excess chocolate from freshly coated products, ensuring a clean, uniform finish while allowing surplus chocolate to flow back into the tank for optimal efficiency. A precision-driven operating carriage advances a roll of waxed paper, automatically receiving the coated products for seamless handling and presentation. A convenient control lever allows the conveyor belt to stop instantly, making paper cutting and product transfer quick and effortless. Discreetly positioned along the conveyor, two pull-out knobs reveal an additional support tray, providing extra space for neatly organizing finished products. For maximum versatility, both the blower intensity and conveyor belt speed are fully adjustable, allowing operators to tailor performance to different product types and production needs.
