Ninkasi Barrel Aged

Ninkasi is our celebratory beer brewed with a copious amount of NZ hops and made with 10% locally sourced Somerset apple juice. This version has been aged in white wine barrels for 18 months allowing for further development and maturation in the oak. BBE OCT 2024 - Our products get better with age, due to the nature of the beer, yeasts and bacteria used during Brewing. We estimated a BB date during production of this beer, but it has aged extremely well and will still drink perfectly well for the next 5 years
