May Day Rally

Across our country folks are demonstrating against policies that are antithetical to participatory democracy. We are Participating!! This feels so positive. I have long believed that in this world we should each do what we are best at and help each other in whatever way we can. I have been so lucky in the family I was lucky enough to be born into, the gifts I have been given, and the behavior I have seen modeled. The best thing I feel I can do in fraught moments like this, is to paint. So, when a leader in the rally asked me to participate by painting ~~ I was delighted.
