Kid's Knitting Summer Camp

KID’S KNITTING CLASS INFORMATION Instructor: Jennifer Burlingame Dates: July 6-10 AND/OR July 13-17 Day/Time: Mon-Fri, 10am-11am OR 11am-12pm Class size: 6 Students Ages: 7-13, All skill levels welcome Cost: $75 per week of sessions ($15 per class) Students receive a 15% discount during class enrollment REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN PERSON OR VIA OUR SHOP PHONE (206.201.3563). The instructor will be available before the first class of the week to help students choose project yarn and needles. First time knitters can choose from a headband or wrist band. This enables the student to learn basic skills and complete a project within a week of classes. Students who’ve knit before can work on hats, fingerless gloves and scarves as they develop their skills. Yarn and needles will be available for purchase with a 15% student discount OR please have your student bring worsted weight yarn and US#8 knitting needles. Parents are welcome to wait in the store or drop students off for the hour. To avoid distractions, during the lesson we ask that only students and the teacher are at the teaching table. Please plan accordingly to pick-up your student when the class is over and be sure to leave a contact number if you choose to leave.
