Although bookings are facilitated through Dia Studio, each service provider operates independently and is responsible for delivering their respective service. Dia Studio is responsible for the venue and studio experience, while Dark Glass Photography is responsible for all photography services, editing, communication regarding image delivery, and final image turnaround times. Due to the nature of studio and digital services, refunds are not offered once services have been rendered.
