- Suitable MTB in good working condition. An undamaged well fitted modern bicycle helmet and full fingered gloves. Please wear clothing suitable for the days conditions. Please bring your own lunch and snacks as you prefer. Including plenty to drink. We will periodically stop to rest and eat, but please note there are no facilities to buy food or drink in the forest. You must be fully self sufficient.
