Indonesia FTO Sumatra Mandheling
This coffee is light roast Arabica from the Batak region of Sumatra, grown between 900-1,600 meters. It uses Catimor and Typica varieties, with a wet-hulled milling process and flavors of herbal, chocolate, and woody notes.
