The Fleece Dog Coat Cozy by William Walker accompanies your dog on cool, dry days. On the outside, soft teddy fabric with a bouclé texture creates a cosy look, while on the inside, warming fleece rests gently against the fur. The close-fitting Standard Fit combines extra warmth with freedom of movement and is suitable for small, medium and large dogs with regular body proportions. Whether on a morning walk, on fresh spring days or in cool autumn air: Cozy is a comfortable companion for the transitional seasons. The combination of a teddy exterior and fleece lining makes the coat particularly appealing for short-haired dogs and dogs that feel the cold. The cut covers the back and also protects the sensitive belly area from the cold. At the same time, it leaves room at the shoulders so your dog can move freely while walking, sniffing and playing. For an individually adjusted fit, the belly strap is infinitely adjustable and closes with a buckle. One elastic drawcord at the collar and another at the rear hem allow you to fine-tune the fit at the neck and back. Cozy deliberately does without a Velcro fastening. This eliminates the typical Velcro noise, and there is no Velcro surface in which fur, hair or dirt can get caught. The dog coat is also suitable for dogs wearing a harness: the extra-long zip gives you access to the attachment point of the harness or collar worn underneath. This way, you can attach the leash to your existing gear while your dog wears the coat over it. Cozy is available in Dark Moss and Sand. Both shades are matched to the Walk collection by William Walker and can be combined with coordinating dog harnesses, collars and leashes. Please note: Cozy was designed for cool, dry days. It is not waterproof and does not replace a raincoat. For wet weather, we recommend the Rain Coat Harbour. Fastening: Infinitely adjustable belly strap with buckle, no Velcro fastening. Fit: Elastic drawcords at the collar and rear hem for individual adjustment. Harness access: Extra-long zip for use with a harness or collar worn underneath. Cleaning and care Wash at 30 °C on a delicate or gentle cycle. Close the zip before washing. Then leave to air dry. Do not dry in a tumble dryer or on a radiator. Do not use fabric softener or bleach; do not dry clean. Gently remove loose fur and dry dirt in between washes with a soft brush. Sizing information The Standard Fit is available in eight sizes and was developed for dogs with regular body proportions. Back length and chest girth are decisive when choosing a size. Chest girth: Measure at the widest point directly behind the front legs. The tape measure should lie snugly without cutting in. Between two sizes: We generally recommend the larger size. Always compare both body measurements with the table. Particularly long back: If your dog has a long back in relation to its chest girth, the Cozy in Dachshund Fit may be a better choice.
