Crafted from durable food-safe stainless steel mesh, it allows tea leaves the room they need to unfurl while delivering a clean, flavourful infusion. How to Brew Green Tea Using the included ball infuser: Add one teaspoon of loose leaf tea to the infuser. Place the infuser in your cup or teapot. Pour over hot water. Brew according to the tea's recommended instructions. Remove and enjoy. Recommended Brewing Time Use 2–3g of loose-leaf green tea per 200ml of water (approximately one level teaspoon).
