Kaizeki Menu | 7 Courses A seven-course tasting journey through Nikkei’s signature cuisine: Sakizuke Oshinogi Mukozuke Otsukuri Nigirizushi Shusai Kanmi Available with or without wine pairing. Chef’s Table Omakase | 9 Courses A more immersive nine-course experience, guided by the Chef’s selection and designed to reveal Nikkei’s cuisine through a succession of flavours, textures and techniques: Sakizuke Mukozuke Otsukuri Nigirizushi Gunkan Nigirizushi Gyoza Shusai Dezato Available with or without wine pairing. This voucher offers the opportunity to enjoy a memorable dinner at Nikkei, designed to be savoured at leisure and remembered long after. The experience is valid for one person. Reservation Procedure: Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance by emailing fb.callcentre@savoysignature.com or calling +351 969 882 020, indicating the voucher number. Cancellation Policy: To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will result in a 50€ fee per person, charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
