A soft-set jam made with Australian mulberries: gently sweet and a gorgeous deep colour, with fresh lemon balm from our garden adding a hint of citrus. How to use it: Spread it on warm toast, dollop it on fresh scones, stir it through Greek yoghurt, or swirl it into a baked cheesecake. Small-batch, vegan, gluten-free and made without preservatives. Made in WA. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 months.
