Space 2026

Space 2026 is an ale made with raspberries. This ale is a callback to our 2019 St Phoebe and was brewed with organic red wheat and organic heritage barley wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW. It was aged for 12 months in ex-wine French oak barrels before macerating and refermenting with NSW- grown raspberries for 2 months. It was bottled with raw, unheated Blue Mountains Polyflora wild honey from naturally formed, bee-friendly Warré hives from Tim and Emma Malfroy and allowed to naturally condition and carbonate before release.
